hari ini langit kelihatan cerah sekali. tidak hujan seperti hari-hari biasa.
sesuai untuk beriadah.
setelah tidak berjogging hampir setahun (gile lamaaaaa), i have started my jogging routine after hari raya - it was after 2 months from my delivery day.
and i jog for at least once a week.
the 1st kilo was ok.
the 2nd kilo was looking good too.
but when i started for the 3rd kilo, i had this kind of pain at the operation area. slight pain. but after awhile,the pain went off. it has happened a few times.
so basically i always failed to do more than 2 kilos.
damn.
i wonder if the pain was the effect from the operation?
i desperately need a jog. for at least 5 kilos.
but i dont know how to overcome the pain.
is there any ..?
another 1 hour to go back.
the sky looking good to allow me to jog again for today.
lets see the result.

ko kan operate.. tggu dh betul2 baik baru jogging.. at least setahun.. tu pun kalau betul2 jaga pemakanan

as what i heard..we will had this pain eternally..btw, saya pon akan raser that kind of pain bler naik dan turun tangga dgn jayanya even dah past 2 yrs..owwhhh..sungguh tk best..
