the day i turn 30

we had early celebration, a day before, since hafdzuan going to have his basketball tournament on Sunday.

here things i did on the day i turn 30 (owh my god, im freaking old!!).

in the car. hadzim refused to sit behind lately. geram betul. siap bg arahan "ibu seat bakangggg".

birthday lunch treat at Meatworks, Solaris Mont Kiara. 

our choices. the starter & steaks. they had the best steaks in town. seriously, nothing beats their steaks!! (teringat-ingat sampai hari ni)

"happy 30th birthday ibu. dont worry, u still looks 17" --- fina.

the 30th looks. ouccchhhhhhh.

and on my birthday itself, we brought fina for her first swimming.

si penakut mandi (she always cry whenever she bathed at home) prefers to swim in pool rather than tap haha. kemain seronok dia main air.

  

too tired langsung kepengsangan on our way back :)

and i had my longest jog that evening (preparing for SCKLM this coming sunday, i is berdebar macam orang buat full marathon pulaks haha). 

and had birthday dinner with my brothers, families & mama at secret recipe near my place. tak amik gamba sbb hingar bingar dengan budak-budak semua.

nice 30th celebration. 

and im so thankful :)

blowing 28 candle

last year, on this date, i woke up in the morning & found hubby by my side.
yes, im a wife, at 27.
i feel blessed.
:)

i was heavily pregnant right then & pray extremely hard - for baby to come out on that day.
(but he refused to).

.
nevertheless, on this year, i woke up this morning & found a new face by my side.

yes, im a mother, at 28.
and i could not be happier than this.
i feel soooooooooo blessed.
:)

the most expensive property i owned, at this 28 years old.

they completed me. i could not ask for more.

Celebrating hari raya with style

yes people, i will celebrate the coming raya ... with style :)


for some good reasons:

reason 1 - for the 1st time after 15 years (kot), i dapat puasa penuh untuk tahun ni.. (eventho we have another 2 days to go, tapi i confident (over...) i tau i akan puasa penuh). sangat mengujakan, sebab tahun depan tak payah kalut-kalut nak ganti puasa. 2 thumbs up to breastfeeding :)

reason 2 - after 2 1/2 months, finally i can fit into my favourite jeans :) i have lost 14kilos so far & i have another 1kilo to shed away. unlike the biggest loser, i was eating like there-is-no tomorrow & suddenly my weight was dropped without any exercise or diet :) :) ok, this time will be 4 thumbs up to breastfeeding! (another 2 got it from husband yang selalu perli-perli bile nak jadik slim mcm dia)

reason 3 - this time raya, i had an extra bag to carry that full with diapers, extra cloths, baby wipes, nursing cover (tq erni) & bla bla bla. yeahhh tahun ni i beraya ber-3 :) :) :) the interesting part during hari raya when you have kid(s) is - of course the duit raya. tahun ni i kumpul sing dollars dulu :)

ok, too much smileys on this entry. mestilah banyak senyum ... tengah mood raya nih... hehehe.

Happy 4th anniversary babe.

with the workloads & been outstatation to sandakan rite now, im pretty sure you will not remember the day. hurm, it doesnt matter.

welcoming the 2.0.0.9

for the past few years, i've been celebrating my new years at home.
why? because i had my school days + my uni days & my early working days in Johore - & they are not having a public holiday on 1st Jan, but on 1st Ramadhan.

hence, watching the fireworks from an idiot box + get to the bed as early as 12.30am + working on the new year day was kinda suck.

so, this time around, here i am - celebrating the new year in Selangor. 1st Jan - a public holiday. YEAHHH

tonight, im going to chill my new year's night with my ex-housemates while watching fireworks. since everybody is already married, so all the hubbies will accompany us :)

me & my 5years housemates during uni time. smua muke ganteng lg masa nih :)

so whats for tomorrow..?

having a swimming session in the morning with hb at Putrajaya (a normal activity on our weekends) & attending hb's bestfriend wedding at Serdang.

anyhow, happy new year 2009 to everyone :)

Raya checklist

1. Zakat fitrah --- first time, thn ni ada org bayarkan .. :) i was nearly cried tengok Hb baya aritu masa kat alamanda.. deep inside my heart saying "owhh aku dah ada suami ....."

2. Baju raya --- raya pertama pastinya memakai baju biru - our favourite colour hehehe. 1st time pakai baju sepasang. owh baju biru ni hantaran masa wedding hari tu :). baju utk Hb pn dah fikir dah (i have to prepare everything on him, dia pakai aje). what else? i need a brown heels .. going to get by tomorrow.

3. Kuih raya --- org kata (bukan aku kata), dah kawen kene laaa bawak kuih ke rumah mentua, lg bagus kalau air tangan sendiri .. hence, for the first time ever in my life, i made the raya cookies..! (of course with the helps from mum). already made 2 types (amos & marble). this sunday going to make another one - cornflakes madu (cookies paling senang dlm dunia ni, xpayah resipi, semua belasah jek, janji sedap). plus, this year dah ada rumah sendiri .. haruslah prepare. dulu buat bodoh jek sbb rumah mama...

4. Raya schedule --- for the first time in my life jugak, i am not going to have my pagi raya with my family :( these are my tentative program for raya:

Raya pertama; sembahyang raya di rumah mentua di Serdang, kemudian balik ke kampung Hb di Batu Kikir, n9. mlm tu shoot balik JB.

Raya ke-2 & ke-3; balik singapore. owhh aku sungguh tidak-kaya thn ni. going to give away duit raya in Ringgit instead of Sing Dollars like i used to. i just moved to new company & there is no bonus raya.. company lama dulu ada bonus time raya :(

Raya ke-4; di JB, lepas tu bergerak ke Batu Kikir n9 semula .. ada family day sblh Hb's family.
